The TAVO Next glides effortlessly over the majority of terrains due to its leatherette handle. It's not our lightest stroller, however, and it's more difficult to lift up an uphill climb than other models.

It can only be positioned only one way, and doesn't have any accessories like a stand for the bassinet or rain cover. If you're looking to add more space, the MIXX Next is a better option since it can take all of these things.

During our tests, we noticed that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that handled well. It is able to maneuver through most types of terrain with ease, however it has trouble going over grassy areas and gravel. It can also be difficult to steer up and over curbs that are 1 inch in height. We wouldn't recommend taking this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does have a great suspension to minimize bumps for the passengers.

The Roo+ has a large storage bin under the seat, but it's difficult to access without removing infant car seats. This is a common issue twin frame strollers commonly face however Joovy offers a separate underseat baby carrier to help solve this issue.

In contrast to other top-scoring models the Roo+ does not have a self standing fold or cup holders. It's a small price to pay for car seat compatibility and storage, however, we'd prefer an option with more versatility. The stroller's flexibility in seating configuration is a huge benefit. Parents can mount their infant car seats either opposite directions or in the same direction, depending on their requirements.

5. Delta Children LX Side by Side

Delta Children LX Side by Side scored high for weight and folded size. It's the top value double umbrella stroller we've seen in our review. It also scores well on maneuverability, an essential feature for parents seeking a stroller for travel that can fit in tiny spaces. The Delta is a bare-bones product which is lacking some features that other strollers we tested provide, such as the deep recline and large storage baskets. It's a great choice for families with a tight budget or for those who only require a second stroller on occasion, like for a trip to the zoo.

The LX Side-by-Side is a lightweight and compact stroller. It is simple to turn and push. Its relatively small frame with swivel front wheels, swivel rear wheels and cushioned shoulder pads offer an easy ride for your little ones. It's comfortable for all passengers thanks to its multi-position reclining seat and cup holder for parents.
