The Combo J9+ automatically refills its water tank every time it goes on a mopping trip which is a major improvement over previous models that required manual emptying and refilling the tanks.

The Roomba S9+

If you're looking to buy a premium robot vacuum that can double duty as a mop, the s9+ is the best choice. Its suite is built into an elegant new design. It cleans corners and along edges. It maps your home and self-empties.

The s9+ uses powerful, high-efficiency motors that provide more than 40X the suction3 that was previously available in irobot models. It also detects carpeted surfaces, which triggers Power Boost to deep clean.
