Amazon Cancels irobot vacuum and mop Deals

Amazon has canceled the planned acquisition of Roomba maker iRobot. The company said that the deal faced "undue regulatory obstacles." Amazon will pay iRobot an amount for breakup of $94 million.

The acquisition was found to be anti-competitive according to the European Commission (the EU's executive arm, and the top antitrust enforcement agency).
