The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection is a versatile stroller that can be used for multiple purposes. It can be converted from a single stroller to a double stroller by adding a second seat (sold separately) or glider board. The City Select 2 Stroller, Eco Collection can be configured to be a triple travel system by adding an infant car seat. It has 24 configurations in total and is the highest-rated stroller. This model utilizes Baby Jogger's soft, breathable TENCEL fabrics that help with thermal regulation and are sustainable sources. It comes with an elegant leatherette handlebar and bumper bar and comes with an abdominal bar. It is 20percent smaller and lighter than the top single-to-double stroller, the UPPAbaby V2.

It has a medium-sized sunshade and a handy magnetic peek-a-boo window that is easy to open and close. The telescoping bar is one of the most easily adjustable, and is suitable for parents of all heights. The seats recline and come with an adjustment button for the footwell to allow you to position your child in the most comfortable position. The storage bin has plenty of space, however we would have preferred a more secure latch. It's easy to access but we found the zippers a bit difficult to use since they need to be completely removed and refastened every time you use it.

The City Select, like its siblings, has single-action breaks that are easy to set up and release by pulling a lever on the frame side, lower than the handlebar. It is comfortable for sandals and barefoot and an improvement over the awkward levers for brakes that some competitors use.

This is the only stroller we examined that accepts two infant seats. It's a great option for parents with twins or expecting a baby soon. It can fit the majority of infant car seats from major brands with an adapter. We tested it using the Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30, Graco Click Connect models, Cybex Aton and Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is not compatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. The City Select is a good option for families that already have a car seat but need a stroller that can accommodate it. However, you might be better served with another convertible stroller for this scenario.
