The frame of the Xplore wagon feels solid and sturdy, but it doesn't bend like other wagons that we tested. It is also more difficult to fold than many of the competition and does not lock tightly when folded. It is easy to move however, and it is able to fit through narrow 28 inches doors.

3. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

This Delta Children bare-bones travel stroller is a great option for parents who are looking for a second stroller that's affordable. It scored a dazzling score in our Strollers & Multiples test for weight and folded size, which means it's very light, compact when folded and easy to lift into a car trunk or closet. It also has an adjustable reclining seat that can be positioned in several positions as well as a cup holder for the parent. Other features of note include 360-degree shock absorbing front wheels as well as two large hanging storage bags.

In our test of push and turn it performed better than most of the other strollers of a similar price we tried, but it's not the most comfortable to maneuver over uneven ground or through narrow doorways. The sunshades it has were among the tiniest of strollers we test. They only cover the top, and do not have peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 has a more extensive canopy.

The seat can be reclined with one hand, and the large shopping basket makes it easy for parents to help their child in and out. This narrow pushchair handled all day bumps and doorways with ease.

The front wheels can be locked in an forward position or allow them to rotate which is helpful when traversing rough terrain. We let the front wheels to swivel on our walk along a stony path. It handled the situation well, though it did seem a little bumpier.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2

Baby Jogger is most well-known for its 3-wheeled all-terrain, strollers that jog. However, they also produce a wide variety of pushchairs that have four wheels. City Tour 2 is their most well-known model. It folds easily and fits easily in the car's boot even with a carrycot attached.

It's a little heavier than other strollers we test, but the wheels are rubber composite, which makes it feel well-built and sturdy. It is easy to maneuver across different terrains, and even with two kids, a shopping bag and other items.

The carrycot and seat both have hoods that can be pulled down to reveal UV50+ sun canopy extensions. They are strong and waterproof, unlike other hoods for prams that can be blown back onto toddlers faces.

It does not have much storage space, but it does have an ample basket that is deep enough to hold a change bag or plenty of food. You can also pair it with the Baby Jogger car seat that is suitable for babies who weigh 20 pounds or less (car seat and adapters are available separately). The City Tour 2 is a good choice if you want to use a stroller on the move.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

When the Nuna Mixx first rolled onto the scene, it stole the hearts of parents all over the world. It's a stroller made of aluminum that will be with you throughout your baby's initial days and beyond. This budget single lightweight stroller pushchair is surprisingly easy to maneuver and has excellent dual suspension, a one-hand fold and a practical carry strap. It is also lightweight and robust. The seat can be reclined into several positions. It has a built-in double breathable mattress that is suitable from birth.

The canopy/seat has two extra-large fixed or flip-out sun visors and both are UPF50+. However the toggle closure isn't ideal - it's not as silent as Velcro and can wake sleepy babies.

The Duet is a stroller that can be used side-by-side and can be configured to accommodate twins or siblings (up to 22kg maximum per seat). It is compatible with two infant car seats and even works with a few carrycots. In twin mode seats, the seats can be positioned so that they face each one. They can also be positioned towards the parents. This should reduce sibling disputes about who sits with dad and mom. It has a huge gear tray, bottle holder as well as snack trays and the ability to change mats. It also comes with an automatic frame lock and a compact fold.
