5. CitiZ

This streamlined espresso maker from Nespresso takes up less counter space than other models. It comes with a fold-away tray that can accommodate larger mugs and glasses for recipes. This is a fantastic option for kitchens with limited space and makes it easier to use with taller recipes. It's also easy to recreate popular cafe dishes thanks to the extraction system of 19 bars and quick heating time.

The basic CitiZ does not include the milk frother, but you can purchase one on its own or purchase it as part of the CitiZ&Milk bundle. It works with OriginalLine and 3rd-party Nespresso pods (does not work with VertuoLine or Starbucks by Nespresso capsules).

One of the main distinctions between this model and the previous Lattissima Touch is that the version has 9 drink presets and only two of them are not milk-based drinks. It does not offer the option of selecting your preferred texture of milk for a particular recipe however, it is possible to do this on the Lattissima Pro.
